These rules keep the Clariti affiliate program fair for everyone who promotes it. Here is what is not allowed, why an application can be rejected or cancelled, and who to contact when you have questions.
Prohibited Activities
Below is a summary of activities that are prohibited. This list is not comprehensive, and we reserve the right to make changes and additions at our discretion.
Do not apply if your website promotes sexually explicit materials, violence, discrimination, or illegal activities.
We do not work with distributors of downloadable software, toolbars, browser helper objects, shopping assistance applications, and similar tools.
We do not work with coupon sites or sites focused solely on promos.
You must comply with the FTC Endorsement Guidelines.
Fraud will be policed and penalized.
Spamming is prohibited.
Paid search campaigns containing our trademarks are prohibited.
Paid search campaigns that link directly to our website are prohibited unless explicitly approved.
Cybersquatting and typosquatting are prohibited.
Why an Application May Be Rejected or Cancelled
We may reject your application at our sole discretion. We may cancel your application if we determine that your site is unsuitable for our program, including if it:
Promotes sexually explicit materials.
Promotes violence.
Promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
Promotes illegal activities.
Incorporates any materials which infringe or assist others to infringe on any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, or to violate the law.
Includes "Clariti" or variations or misspellings of it in its domain name.
Is otherwise in any way unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable to us in our sole discretion.
Is a coupon or promotional website.
Contains software downloads that potentially enable diversions of commission from other affiliates in our program.
Resembles our website, explicitly or by implication, or is designed in a way that leads customers to believe you are clariti.com or any other affiliated business. This applies to your website and any other website you operate.
