Easily invite teammates to Clariti, assign roles, and control site access for effective collaboration.

Site owner who work with a team can invite their teammates to collaborate in Clariti. Follow the steps below to get started.

How to Invite a Teammate:

  1. Click your profile icon in the top right corner in the app.

  2. Select "My Account."

  3. Under "My Team", click "Invite a Member."

  4. Type in the team member's email address.

  5. Select the team member's role for each site (more about roles below).

  6. Then click "Send Invite."

The team member will receive an email inviting them to join your team in Clariti. The email should arrive within a few moments, however if they do not receive an email within an hour, please contact [email protected].

Team Member Roles:

  • Admin: The site owner with full access to settings and features.

  • Editor: A collaborator who can work on projects and posts with events and tasks. These team members do not have access to edit settings such as Google Analytics, billing, or the WordPress plugin.

  • No Access: If you manage multiple sites, you can control which sites each team member has access to.

How many members can I invite?:

Sites that are on a Forever Plan can enjoy up to 10 free team members. Future plans may have different quantities of users included. Please check your site's plan for details.
