Clariti MCP: Reusable Workflows. Build the Process Once, Run It Again

Go beyond one-off questions: save the instructions behind a recurring report or check as a reusable workflow in Claude, ChatGPT, or your AI tool of choice.

Once you've found a question worth asking every month — a traffic recap, a content health check, a seasonal planning pull — you don't have to rebuild the prompt each time. Most AI tools let you save the process itself and run it again on demand.

Save the process, not just the prompt

A prompt is one question with one answer: best for an in-the-moment question, where you supply the instructions each time. A reusable workflow is one process, reused: best for work you repeat, where your AI tool loads the saved instructions for you.

The feature name varies by tool, but the goal is the same — define the workflow once and reuse it when you need it:

  • Skills — saved instructions your AI loads when the task comes up.

  • Projects — a space holding the context and sources a task always needs.

  • Agents — a configured assistant set up to run one job on request.

  • Saved instructions — even a saved note you paste back in counts. Same idea, less polish.

Wherever you work, the same three steps apply: define it, verify it, reuse it.

Step 1: Define — describe the outcome you want

Tell your AI what data to use, which steps to follow, what the answer should include, and how the result should be formatted. For example:

"Create a repeatable workflow for a monthly or annual post performance report using live Clariti data. Include total traffic, change from the prior period, top traffic sources, top pages, and keyword performance."

Step 2: Verify — test it with real data

Run the workflow once. Check the numbers, the logic, and whether the result helps you make a decision. Refine the instructions until the output works the way you need it to.

"Give me last month's post performance report for my site."

Step 3: Reuse — save it for next time

Store the final instructions in whatever reusable feature your AI tool supports. The next time you need the report, ask for the outcome instead of rebuilding the process — "Give me last month's post performance report" — and the saved workflow handles the rest.

Workflow ideas: what question would save you the most time each month?

  • Top gainers & losers

  • Keyword & search performance

  • Category performance trends

  • Author or team performance

  • Content health check

  • Traffic source mix

  • Traffic trend over time

  • Seasonal & evergreen content

  • Project impact

  • Performance by content collection

Pick the one you already pull together by hand, define it once, and let the workflow do it from then on.
