1. Log in to the Cloudflare dashboard β†— and select your account and domain

2. Type into the Search bar and select: Security > WAF > Custom rules

4. Select Create rule

5. Name your rule "Clariti" and fill in the following details:

  • Field: IP Source Address

  • Operator: equals

  • Value: 35.192.123.62

  • Choose Action: Skip

  • WAF components to skip (check the boxes for):

    • All remaining custom rules

    • All rate limiting rules

    • All managed rules

    • All Super Bot Fight Mode rules (if enabled)

Clariti should no longer be blocked by Cloudflare firewall rules.

If you are still having trouble onboarding your account to Clariti, please make sure to turn off "Bot Fight Mode" from within CloudFlare. To do that, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Security > Bots.

  2. For Bot Fight Mode, select Off
