To pause your Clariti subscription, please contact support at [email protected], or click on the green messenger app at the bottom right of this page.

Subscriptions may be paused for 1 month durations, for up to 3 months within a 6 month time period. Subscriptions will begin pausing at the end of the current billing cycle.

For example, if your billing cycle begins on the 15th of every month, the pause will begin the day before, on the 14th.

Please note, we are unable to pause subscriptions during a custom time-frame at this time.
