Super Search is the fastest way to get around Clariti. Type a few words to jump straight to a post or project, or type a plain-English phrase like posts from any December by most views and Clariti sets up the filters, columns, and sorting in Explore for you.
Opening Super Search
Click the Super Search button at the top left of the list on Explore.
Or press ` (the backtick key, usually just above Tab) or / from any page of your site in Clariti.
The search box opens with the prompt What are you looking for today? and a few suggestions to get you started.
What You Can Find
Results are grouped as you type:
Search Starters are ready-made searches such as Top posts from this year, Top items with broken links, Items with most comments, Posts that are orphaned, Top posts from any next month, and Missing meta description. Click one to drop it into the search box.
Content finds posts and pages by title or WordPress ID and opens the post's detail page.
Projects finds a project by name or description and opens it.
Sites appears if you have access to more than one site, so you can switch between them.
Filters are the phrases that set up Explore for you (more below).
Building a Filter Phrase
A filter phrase is made of up to four parts, in this order. Only the first part is required.
What you want to see: all items, posts, or pages.
When it was published: from this week, last week, or the last 2 or 3 weeks; from this month, last month, or the last 2, 3, 6, or 9 months; from this year, last year, or the last 2, 3, or 4 years; from a specific year like from 2024; from this or last of a named month, like from last March; or from any month, like from any October, which covers that month in every year.
Condition: that are orphaned, with broken links, with broken images, with no meta description, with missing alt text, with no image, with no rating, with no recipe, with no video, with a recipe, with a video, that are in a project, that are not in a project, that are noindexed, or that are nofollowed.
Sort: by most, least, gain in, or drop in sessions, views, or users; by most or least comments, stars, or reviews; or by title.
You do not have to type the whole phrase. Super Search matches as you go, and it understands a few everyday words too, like top or best for most, visitors for users, and seasonal for the "from any month" phrases.
A few to try:
Posts from any December by most views shows your holiday cookie and party food posts, biggest first, so you know what to refresh before the season.
Posts with broken links by most sessions puts broken links on your busiest posts at the top.
Posts from last year that are orphaned finds recent posts that nothing else on your site links to.
Posts with a recipe by least reviews finds recipes that could use a nudge for ratings.

What Happens When You Pick a Filter Phrase
Clariti takes you to Explore, replaces your current filters and columns with ones that match the phrase, and sorts the list. The Super Search button now shows your phrase, and you can fine-tune the results in the Filters panel like any other filter.
Phrases that sort by sessions, views, or users use the Performance Period at the top of the Filters panel (90 days unless you have changed it). The "gain in" and "drop in" phrases sort by % Change, which compares that period with the same length of time right before it.
To start over, click the × just to the left of the Super Search button. It clears the search, your filters, the Text Filter, and your columns.
The Learn More Panel
At the bottom of the search window, Clariti shows how many search phrases it generated for your site. Click Learn More for a quick cheat sheet of the words you can use.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why don't the sessions, views, or users phrases do anything useful?
Those phrases sort by traffic, which comes from Google Analytics. Connect your Google account first. See How to Connect Google Analytics 4 and Search Console to Clariti.
Can I use Super Search outside of Explore?
Yes. Press ` or / on any page of your site in Clariti. Choosing a post or project takes you straight there, and choosing a filter phrase takes you to Explore.
Why can't I find a phrase for a specific year?
Specific-year phrases cover 2022 through 2026. For other time frames, use a phrase like from last year or from last 4 years, or add a Date Published filter in Explore.
What if Super Search shows No Results?
Try words from your post titles, a project name, or one of the suggested terms Clariti shows under No Results.
