Clariti has keyboard shortcuts for the things you do most, like opening Super Search, paging through Explore, and adding a note to a post. Once they are in your fingers, you can work through a whole batch of posts without reaching for the mouse.
On a Mac, shortcuts that use a modifier key use Opt (Option). On Windows, use Alt. Clariti shows the right key for your computer in its menus and tooltips.
Anywhere on Your Site

In Super Search, use the up and down arrow keys to move through results, Enter to open one, and Esc to close.
Esc closes most pop-up windows without saving.

Opt + A on a Mac or Alt + A on Windows opens the Quick Actions menu.
Opt + E on a Mac or Alt + E on Windows opens Add Annotation.

Opt + P on a Mac or Alt + P on Windows opens Assign to Project.
Opt + R on a Mac or Alt + R on Windows opens Set a Reminder.
Sync Content and Retest Links do not have shortcuts. Open them from the Quick Actions menu. Assign to Project only works when you have an active project the post is not already in.
Here is how that looks in practice. Say you are reviewing your summer grilling posts. Open a post, press Opt + N on a Mac or Alt + N on Windows, type "Swap in the new burger photos," and save. Press Opt + P on a Mac or Alt + P on Windows to add it to your "Summer Refresh" project, then move on to the next post.

Opt + . on a Mac or Alt + . on Windows (period) steps forward one period.
The tooltips on the arrow buttons show these as < and > because they share keys with the comma and period. Do not hold Shift. Just press the modifier key with the comma or period.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why isn't a shortcut working?
Most shortcuts are turned off while your cursor is in a text box, so Clariti does not grab keys you are typing. Click an empty part of the page and try again. On a Mac, make sure you are using the Option key, not Command.
