Cloudflare protects your site from bad bots, but it can also block Clariti from reading your WordPress content. If your compatibility check failed with a "blocked by cloudflare" message, or Test Connection in Clariti shows Forbidden with Code: 403, these steps let Clariti through.
Clariti connects from one static IP address: 35.192.123.62.
Create a Custom Rule for Clariti
1. Log in to the Cloudflare dashboard and select your account and domain.
2. Use the search bar to find and select Security > WAF > Custom rules.
3. Select Create rule.
4. Name the rule "Clariti" and fill in these details:
Field: IP Source Address
Operator: equals
Value:
35.192.123.62Choose action: Skip
WAF components to skip: check All remaining custom rules, All rate limiting rules, All managed rules, and All Super Bot Fight Mode rules (if you see it)
5. Save the rule.
Cloudflare's firewall rules should no longer block Clariti.
Turn Off Bot Fight Mode
If Clariti is still blocked after you add the rule, turn off Bot Fight Mode:
1. In the Cloudflare dashboard, go to Security > Bots.
2. Set Bot Fight Mode to Off.
Check the Connection in Clariti
In Clariti, go to Settings, click the ... menu on the WordPress card, and choose Test Connection. If you were in the middle of signing up, go back and run the site check again.

I have more than one site on Cloudflare. Do I need to do this for each one?
Yes. Cloudflare settings are separate for each domain, so add the rule and check Bot Fight Mode for every site you connect to Clariti.
