Every post and page on your site has its own detail page in Clariti. It pulls together the post's traffic, keywords, links, images, issues, and your team's notes and tasks in one place, so you can decide what a post needs without jumping between tools.
To open one, click a post's title in Explore, or press / anywhere in Clariti and search for it with Super Search.
The Top of the Page
Edit in WordPress opens the post's editor in WordPress in a new tab.
View Post (or View Page) opens the live page on your site.
Quick Actions is where you add things to the post. Press Opt + A on a Mac or Alt + A on Windows to open it.
Quick Actions includes:
Add Annotation (Opt/Alt + E) marks a date on this post's chart. See How to Use Annotations on Your Performance Charts.
Add Note (Opt/Alt + N) adds a short note of up to 320 characters. See Notes and Tasks on a Post.
Add Task (Opt/Alt + T) adds a to-do for this post, with an optional due date and assignee.
Assign to Project (Opt/Alt + P) adds the post to one of your active projects.
Set a Reminder (Opt/Alt + R) sends an email about this post on a date you choose. See How to Set Reminders on Your Posts.
Sync Content pulls the latest version of the post from WordPress. See How to Manually Sync a Single Post or Page.
Retest Links rechecks every link and image on the post within 24 hours.
The Info Panel
The left side of the page shows the post's featured image, author, star rating and review count, comment count, and excerpt or meta description. Below that you will find:
Labels. Click Add a Label to tag the post. You can pick an existing label or type a new one to create it.
Categories and tags. Click any of them to jump back to Explore with that category or tag already filtered.
Age, Published, Last Modified, and Last Sync. These tell you how old the post is, when it went live, when it was last changed in WordPress, and when Clariti last pulled it in.
The Overview Tab
Overview is a summary of everything going on with the post. Some cards only appear when they have something to show, so a post with no tasks or notes will not have those cards.
Tasks lists tasks for this post, plus tasks from any active project it belongs to. Check a task off when it is done. Completed tasks drop off the list after two hours and are recorded on the Timeline.
Reminders shows upcoming reminders for this post that you created or that were sent to you. Site owners see all of them.
Issues lists problems Clariti found on the post, like broken links or missing alt text. See What the Issues Card Means and How to Fix Each Issue.
Page Views in Last 90 Days is a small chart with totals for yesterday and the last 7, 30, and 90 days, and how each changed.
Notes holds your team's notes on the post.
Timeline is a dated history of the post's annotations and completed tasks.
Leaderboard shows where this post ranks by page views over the last 90 days, alongside the posts ranked just above and below it.
Top Keywords lists the post's top five Google Search Console keywords from the last 90 days. This card appears when Search Console is connected.
The Performance Tab
Performance has the full traffic chart for this post, with the same date range, comparison, source, and annotation controls you use on Home. See Understanding Your Performance Chart.
Next to the chart and below it you will find:
Keywords lists the post's Search Console keywords for the range, with average position, clicks, impressions, and click-through rate. Star a keyword to make it the post's focus keyword, or click the chart icon to plot its position over time. See How to Track Keywords and Set a Focus Keyword.
Device Types shows the share of traffic from desktop, mobile, and tablet.
Traffic Sources shows where this post's traffic came from.
The Content Tab
Content lists every image and link on the post:
Images and Alt Text shows each image, its alt text, and whether it loads.
Internal Links to Other Content lists links from this post to your other posts.
Inbound Links from Other Content lists your other posts that link to this one.
External Links to Other Sites lists links that point off your site.
Broken links and images show their error and the date they were last tested. Check the box at the end of the row (the Ignore column) for anything you have checked and know is fine. See Understanding Links: Internal, Inbound, External, and Broken.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why is the traffic on this page blurred?
Your Google account is not connected yet, or Clariti is still loading your data. It can take up to 24 hours after you connect.
I just updated this post in WordPress. Why doesn't Clariti show the change?
Clariti usually picks up changes automatically through the WordPress plugin. If it has not, use Quick Actions > Sync Content. The Last Sync date in the info panel tells you when the post was last pulled in.
I fixed a broken link. Why does Clariti still show it?
Links and images are retested about once a month. To check sooner, use Quick Actions > Retest Links. Results arrive within 24 hours.
